30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• In original condition with all packaging and accessories
• Free from damage caused by misuse or modification
• Accompanied by your order number

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@thespazzle.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return shipping label (free for defective items, $5 deducted from refund for other returns)
3. Package the item securely and drop off at any USPS location
4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — no return shipping required for confirmed defects.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Products modified or tampered with by the customer

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank but typically takes 3-5 business days.
